Paste for the preparation of traditional Thai soup Tom Ka. Very popular in different variants. Tom Ka is less spicy than Tom Yum with a significant portion of coconut milk.
Ingredients: Galgangal root, salt, lemon grass, soybean oil, sugar, spice, flavor enhancer (E621), (E330)

Preparation: boil 250 ml coconut milk. Add 500 g chicken breast and the contents of this package. Cook until the meat is done. Add 500 ml water and let it simmer. Add again 250 ml coconutmilk and let it cook gently. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice.
