Preparation instructions
1. Dissolve the spicy Mama sita sauce (Adobo) in 250 ml of water. Pour the mixture into 1 kg of diced meat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry it in hot pan in a pan until golden.
3. Pour the marinade over the meat and bring to a boil.
4. Lower the heat and simmer until the meat is soft and the sauce thickens. Add water as needed.
