If you do not dare to cook Asian specialties yourself, you can try mixed mixtures from which you can easily cook your favorite food. Adobo is a spicy sauce popular throughout the Philippines.

Preparation instructions

1. Dissolve the spicy Mama sita sauce (Adobo) in 250 ml of water. Pour the mixture into 1 kg of diced meat. Marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry it in hot pan in a pan until golden.

3. Pour the marinade over the meat and bring to a boil.

4. Lower the heat and simmer until the meat is soft and the sauce thickens. Add water as needed.

Ingredients - garlic powder, cane sugar, salt, flavor enhancer E621, acidity regulator E330, dye E150a, black pepper, white pepper. May contain trace amounts, crustaceans, celery, nuts, milk, fish, soybeans, molluscs.
