The Lotus brand guarantees the highest quality rice for sushi. The rice is also suitable as a side dish.
Preparation. Add 1.2 parts water to 1 part rice to the pot and cook under a lid on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or up to 30 minutes for sushi. Stir quickly, cover and let sit for 15 minutes before using.
