Sambal badjak is another great spice paste from Indonesia made from red chili peppers. It is excellent as a dip for grilled food, but is also ideal for enriching soups, fries and stews. Extra hot variant.

Ingredients: ground red chilli 45%, ground onion (sulfite), sugar, brown sugar, sunflower oil, flavor, garlic, preservatives E202, E211, E260.
