Traditional Japanese soy sauce is made by a natural cooking process of four ingredients, soy, wheat, water and salt. Kikkoman soy sauce has a delicate, spicy aroma. This sauce is used in Japan during normal cooking daily to flavor various dishes, soups, fish, meat, when eating sushi to load meat, salads, etc. Version with reduced salt content by 43%.
