Cock Brand Kari Matsaman Paste 400 g

Massaman curry (also known as Kaeng matsaman) is a traditional Thai dish featuring a rich and mildly spiced sauce with pieces of meat. Popular as a hearty meal, it was named the world’s most delicious dish by CNNG in 2011.

Instructions for use - Mix 50 g of curry paste with two tablespoons of  oil. Heat slightly for about 1 minute. Add 600 ml of coconut milk and stir for 1 minute. Add 250 g of your favorite meat and cook until soft. Then add 4 tablespoons of palm sugar, 6 tablespoons of tamarind paste, fish sauce or your favorite spice. At the end add the chopped onion, boiled potatoes (diced) and roasted peanuts. Serve with rice.
