Massaman Curry (also Kaeng matsaman) is a delicious Thai cuisine that takes the form of a sauce with pieces of meat. Served as a winter saturated meal. According to CNNG Server in 2011, the world's tastiest food.
Instructions for use - Mix 50 g of curry paste with two tablespoons of oil. Heat slightly for about 1 minute. Add 600 ml of coconut milk and stir for 1 minute. Add 250 g of your favorite meat and cook until soft. Then add 4 tablespoons of palm sugar, 6 tablespoons of tamarind paste, fish sauce or your favorite spice. At the end add the chopped onion, boiled potatoes (diced) and roasted peanuts. Serve with rice.
