The production of this tea has a tradition in South Korea for over a thousand years. The production process is similar to the production of the more famous variant of yuzu tea. Jujube is a dark red to brown fruit that is dried called Chinese dates.
Preparation- To prepare one tea or one lemonade, mix 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture in 1 cup of hot or cold water. When used, there are no limits to the imagination. Try it with toast and butter, add to gingerbread or use as a marinade.
Ingredients: fructose, sugar, jujube 10%, water, oligosaccharides, honey 1%, jujube concentrate 2.9%, thickeners: E466, E407, E415, acidity regulator E327, E330, aroma. May contain traces of soy and milk.
Store in a dry and cool place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
