Thailand is a land of delicious curries. A delicious blend of spicy green chili peppers, shrimp powder, lemon grass and other Thai spices makes Mae Ploy green curry paste the perfect base for your curry. Add coconut milk and fresh ingredients such as shrimp, fish, meat or vegetables. It does not contain artificial ingredients and therefore fits very well into a healthy diet.

Ingredients: green chilli, lemon grass, garlic, salt, galangal, paste SHRIMP PASTE (SHRIMPS, salt), kaffir lime peel, coriander seeds, pepper, cumin, turmeric.

Preparation- 1 / Add 1 g of paste to 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix. Add 400ml of coconut milk and mix. 2 / Add 200g of meat and bring to a boil. 3 / Add 100g of vegetables and cook until soft. 5 / Flavor to taste. If you want a finer curry, use only 25g of paste.
