Ingredients: chili, lemon grass, garlic, salt, shallots, galangal root, shrimp paste, lime, coriander, spice.

Allergens: crustaceans, fish

Preparation/ Direction: Heat 1 cup of coconut milk (250 ml) together with the curry paste and stir until oil appears on top.

Pay attention to the expiration date and type of shelf life.
Use by/expiration date = after this date, it is not safe to eat the food.
Best before = after this date, the quality may decline, but consumption is usually safe if the packaging is intact and the food still smells and tastes good.
