Huang da yellow tea is a type of Chinese tea that is made from young tea tree leaves that are fermented for several hours. It has a sweet, mild taste and is often served with a light meal or as a snack. Huang da is one of the oldest Chinese teas and has a long history. The first mention of Huang da dates back to the Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD). Huang da was a favorite tea among emperors and aristocracy and was used in many different medical recipes. Today, Huang da is still a popular tea in China and abroad. It is known for its delicate taste, high nutritional value and health benefits. You can drink Huangda yellow tea hot or cold. You can also add it to water when you cook rice or soup.
Preparation- Pour 2-3g of tea over water at 85-95 degrees Celsius and infuse for 3-5 minutes.
