Jiuken Maojian tea is a type of green tea from Hunan Province in China. It is made from young tea tree leaves that are rolled and then heat treated to stop the fermentation process.

It is named after the 9 swords that are used to pick the tea leaves. Jiuken Maojian is known for its delicate taste, rich aroma and high antioxidant content. Preparation- Pour 2-3g of tea over water at 85-95 degrees Celsius and infuse for 3-5 minutes.
