Traditional Kentucky-style tempura. Two different preparation options.
Preparation. 1/100 g of the mixture is mixed with 140 ml of cold water (the ratio can be varied as required). Dip the prepared salted meat in the resulting batter and fry immediately until golden brown. 2/ Kentucky style- Mix the spices with the flour. Dip the prepared salted meat in the beaten egg and coat in the prepared mixture. Fry until golden brown, serve.
