Rice oil has a wide range of uses not only in Asian cuisine. It has one of the highest smoke points, 215°C, and is therefore suitable for frying. Due to its natural aroma, it is also excellent for salads and dressings. Rice oil contains very high amounts of Omega-6 fatty acids and almost no Omega-3 fatty acids.
