A delicious blend of lemon grass, shallots, galangal, shrimp paste and coriander makes Mae Ploy Massaman Paste the perfect base for your curry. Add coconut milk and beef. It does not contain artificial ingredients and therefore fits perfectly into a healthy diet.

Instructions for preparation - mix 50 g of curry paste with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Heat gently for about 1 minute. Add 400 ml of coconut milk and mix for about 1 minute. Add 200 g of your favorite meat, potatoes, walnut paste and cook until soft. Taste and taste according to your preferences. Serve with rice. To make the curry softer, use only 25g of paste.

Ingredients: dried red chili, lemon grass, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMPS, salt), coriander seeds, cumin, kaffir lime peel, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg. This product may contain FISH.
