The origin of this miracle fruit is in South Korea where yuzu has been processed in the traditional method for over a thousand years. Citrus, sugar, honey and the miracle is born.
Preparation- To make one tea or one lemonade, mix 2-3 tablespoons of yuzu in 1 cup of warm or cold water. There is no limit to the imagination when using yuzu. Try with toast and butter, add to gingerbread, or use as a marinade.
Ingredients: sugar, yuzu 28.5%, water, honey 1%, antioxidant: E300, thickeners: E466, E407, citric acid E330. May contain traces of soy and milk.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
