Chung Jung One Korean Chilli Sauce with Vinegar is a hot sauce inspired by traditional Korean recipes. It combines the distinctive flavour of fermented chilli, a subtle sweetness and a pleasantly pungent vinegar undertone. It is excellent as a dip, condiment and marinade for meat, vegetables or noodle dishes.

Ingredients: red pepper paste 85,6% (glucose syrup, red pepper spice mix, soya, sugar, water, fermented vinegar, red pepper powder), garlic, roasted sesame, high fructose corn syrup, salt, antioxidant (lactic acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), citric acid, yeast powder
