Instructions for preparing 4 servings
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium heat. Add 1 chopped onion, 100g shrimp, ham or bacon and stir for 3 minutes.
2. Add 650g of cooked rice and the contents of the package, mix for 2 minutes.
3. Slide the rice to the edge and fry the scrambled eggs for 1 minute. Stir the eggs into the rice.
4. Add 100g of frozen vegetables and stir until hot. Garnish with chopped red chilli and serve hot.
