Black mushrooms 50 g

The black mushrooms known also as a messy/jelly ear are an indispensable part of Asian cuisine. Before consumption, heat treatment is required.

Ingredients: Dried black fungus

Instructions for use:

Soak in cold water for 2-3 hours.

Cut hard center and add to raw vegetable salads, soups, sauces, meat, or rice. Maximum cooking time: 2 to 3 minutes.

They contain a large amount of minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and antioxidants)
(substances contributing to cleansing the body and improving the quality of hair, skin, nails). This fungus has been known in China for over 300 years.
It is sought for its healing effects, smoothes wrinkles and is used as a compress for eye and neck inflammation and for the treatment of hemorrhoids,
for abdominal pain, stomach pain and digestive problems. It increases the immunity of the organism.
