Ashoka Lentils with cumin rice 250 g
Enjoy a hearty combination of tender lentils and aromatic basmati rice with cumin. This dish brings authentic Indian flavor in a simple and quick form – the ideal choice for a tasty lunch or dinner without unnecessary cooking.
Ingredients: Lentils 60% (water, pigeon peas 6.5%, onion 6%, sunflower oil, split yellow peas 2%, tomatoes 1.8%, garlic, ginger, salt, whole red chili, green chili paste, turmeric, cumin seeds 0.1%, chili powder, dried mango powder, coriander leaves), cooked cumin rice 40% (water, basmati rice 18%, sunflower oil, cumin seeds 0.5%, salt).
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Preparation: Microwave: Make a small cut in the top of the bag. Place the bag upright in the microwave and heat on high for 1.5 minutes. Remove the bag and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Alternatively, you can pour the contents of the bag into a suitable container and heat for 1.5 minutes on high power. On the stove: Pour the contents of the bag into a pot and heat over low heat. Do not boil, as this will cause the delicate flavors to be lost. Stir and serve. Alternatively, you can immerse the sealed bag in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Open and serve.
