As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wadakyu Corporation, Wadakyu Europe S.L. was founded in 2015 in Spain as the first KATSUOBUSHI factory in Europe to produce fresh and high-quality Katsuobushi for the European market. Thanks to the short supply chain and Wadakyu’s legendary quality control, we can now guarantee the same quality Katsuobushi in Europe as we provide to the Toyosu (formerly Tsukiji) market in Tokyo, Japan.
